Tom Prikryl

President + CEO

As Triad’s president, Tom is intimately involved in setting strategic direction for clients and enjoys cultivating a working relationship with each one. He has an innate passion for business and is the go-to guy for many clients dealing with sales and marketing challenges. Tom is driven to help Triad’s clients succeed, explaining that “being a part of a client’s marketing success is the most rewarding part of the job I do here at Triad.”

Tom founded Triad in 1994 after leading the B2B division of one of Dallas’ leading agencies, Berry-Brown Advertising. Prior to this, he managed Popejoy and Fischel’s Houston operation. 

Tom’s professional career spans more than 40 years in B2B advertising and marketing, serving clients engaged in a broad range of industries. Tom is one of the region’s most accomplished and experienced business-to-business professionals, previously honored as DFW’s Sales and Marketing Executive of the Year. Recently, he was recognized as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Energy.” He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Jay Shuffler

Creative Director +
AI Strategy Lead

Heading up the Triad design team, Jay brings over two decades of experience to his role as Creative Director at Triad. Jay studied TV and radio communications at Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches before turning his attention to classic agency-related services – print and digital advertising, website design, related B2B collateral material development, and more. Jay has been significantly involved in applying the benefits of AI to the B2B marketing process. He describes the advertising industry as “undergoing a major change as new communications options and AI tools are altering the B2B marketing landscape. It is my intention that Triad be in a position to lead the way in positive change for our clients and our agency.”

Lauren Stokes

Director of Account Services

Lauren joined the Triad team with over a decade of experience in account management, working with clients such as AT&T, Samsung, American Airlines, and more. Her exceptional metrics-driven approach to her work with clients, as well as her experience with digital marketing, website building, and digital asset management systems, make her a valuable resource for both Triad and the agency’s clients. Lauren values the ability of data to “solve clients’ big marketing problems. Sometimes they will have gaps in their sales processes, for example. Metrics-driven marketing can help with these gaps.”

Lauren graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in communications. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, playing golf, cooking, and working in her garden.

Callie Beard

Director of Digital Services

Callie manages the full range of Triad’s digital services, including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and CRM efforts. She is instrumental in supporting the agency’s digital efforts while navigating Triad through the ever-changing world of digital marketing.

Callie graduated from William & Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In her spare time, Callie and her husband enjoy playing tennis and raising their two cats, Lady and Lucy.

William Mockabee

Copywriter

William joined Triad with experience across several fields, including sales, advertising, and data analytics. As the agency’s copywriter, William creates freshly written content and works with the creative team to plan and implement marketing campaigns based on planned client programs and strategies.

His work involves deep research into clients’ products, services, and industry to write the most effective copy possible. William describes this research as being “very critical. B2B marketing requires such a complete understanding of our clients’ products and services. You can’t fake knowledge about it – audiences can see right through it.”

A resident of the Dallas area since 2016, William graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.

Irma Ochoteco

Operations Manager

Irma brings over ten years of experience as a procurement manager and sales administrator at Barcel USA to her current role as Triad’s Operations Manager. She oversees the agency’s daily operation, including handling traffic. Her organizational and scheduling skills are key to supporting the agency’s smooth operation. Irma summarizes her responsibilities as “ensuring Triad’s effective and efficient operation. I think it gets reflected in the quality of the agency’s work.”

Irma graduated with her BBA from Texas Woman’s University in 2019. Irma enjoys spending time with her grandson, crocheting, and traveling in her free time.

Millie Matthews

Certified Public Accountant

Millie is Triad’s accountant, handling the agency's finances. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas. She explains that “I take great pride in the accuracy of my work. It’s of the utmost importance that there are no mistakes.”

Millie began her career by working with clients in the retail, airline, and investment industries. She has held several roles, including time as a financial compliance analyst with Texas Health Resources and an accounting professor with Dallas County Community Colleges.

Millie earned her Masters of Accounting from the University of Arkansas. She enjoys reading, traveling, being outdoors, and staying active with her family.
